21 years

I lived small town for a huge portion of my life. Growing up in the Bavarian village Schwandorf, I left in 1993. This project was originaly made for my Bachelor's Degree in 1997 at the University of the Arts, Berlin.

[kleine welt] is available in German and English, all texts spoken by my brother Christof Thalhofer.

Published by Mediamatic, Amsterdam, 1999
and by Spex-Magazine, Cologne, 2001
and again by Mediamatic, Amsterdam, 2007 (as a bonus track of Forgotten Flags).

In 2002 [kleine welt] was awarded with the literatur.digital. award, by publishing house dtv and internet-provider T-Online.
[kleine welt] was and is shown at various festivals all over the world.

[kleine welt] was the first time I used the computer as my medium of story-telling. I am still faszinated with it. The expiriences I made with [kleine welt] led to the invention of the Korsakow-System, a software that I use for the making of further projects. My latest project is [13terStock]. You can find a list of the projects I have done on my website. Please add your name to my mailing-list, or drop me a line, if you like [kleine welt].

Thanks!
